About this hotel
Port House Hatsudai is a guesthouse located a 3-minute walk from the north exit of Hatsudai Station on the Keio New Line. Hatsudai Station is just one stop from Shinjuku, making it easy to access Shinjuku. From Narita Airport, it takes about 80 minutes to Shinjuku Station via the Narita Express, and from Haneda Airport, about 50 minutes to Shinjuku Station via the Keikyu Line and Toei Asakusa Line, then just one more stop on the Keio New Line.
There are two room types: Double (with 1 double bed) and Twin (with 2 single beds). Every room comes with a shower and toilet, desk, TV, small refrigerator, and air conditioning, making it comfortable whether you're staying alone or with a companion. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. Please note there is no bathtub, only a shower. Bath towels, face towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, a toothbrush, and a hair dryer are provided.
On the 3rd floor, there is a shared kitchen and lounge. The kitchen is available 24 hours a day, so you can cook your own meals. The lounge is equipped with sofas, tables, Wi-Fi, and power outlets, and coffee and tea are available for free. It can also be used as a space for remote work. The 1st floor features a 24-hour coin laundry, "Laundry SPLASH Hatsudai," along with a rental space, so laundry during extended stays is never a problem. There is an elevator, so even large suitcases can be easily carried to the upper floors. Luggage can be stored in the storage room on the 1st floor before check-in or after check-out.
Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is until 11:00. Self check-in is available via smart lock, so even if you arrive late at night after 16:00, you can enter using a passcode. There is no check-out procedure, and no need to return a key. The entire building is non-smoking, and guests are asked to remove their shoes at the entrance on the 1st floor.

Check-out is until 11:00. No special procedures are required. Please make sure you have all your belongings, and simply exit when you leave. As we use smart locks, there is no need to return a key.
Can I request a late check-out?
We generally do not offer late check-out. You may stay in your room until around 12:00, when our cleaning staff arrives, but please vacate promptly once they do.
