About this hotel
Port House Honmachi is a guesthouse just a 5-minute walk from the north exit of Hatsudai Station on the Keio New Line. Hatsudai Station is just one stop from Shinjuku, making it quick and easy to access Shinjuku. From Narita Airport, it takes about 80 minutes to Shinjuku Station via the Narita Express, and from Haneda Airport, about 50 minutes to Shinjuku Station via the Keikyu Line and Toei Asakusa Line, followed by just one stop on the Keio New Line.
The room is a "Twin Queen Room" of approximately 23㎡, a spacious private room with two queen beds. It can accommodate up to 4 guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. While there is no baby cot, the two queen beds and ample space provide plenty of room for co-sleeping with small children. The room is equipped with air conditioning and has a shower only (no bathtub). Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. Bath towels, face towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrushes, and a hair dryer are provided.
A 24-hour coin laundry, "Laundry SPLASH Honmachi," is located on the 1st floor, making laundry convenient during your stay. An iron and ironing board are available for free use on the 2nd floor landing. There is an elevator, so large suitcases are not a problem. Luggage can be left in the space under the stairs on the 1st floor before check-in or after check-out. There is no dedicated parking, but several coin parking lots are available within a 5-minute walk.
Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is by 11:00. Self check-in is available via smart lock, so you can enter using a passcode even if you arrive late at night after 16:00. There is no check-out procedure, and no need to return a key. The entire property is non-smoking, and guests are asked to remove their shoes at the entrance on the 1st floor.
