About this hotel
Port House Shibuya is a guesthouse located a 2-minute walk from the North Exit of Hatsudai Station on the Keio New Line. The address is Hatsudai, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, just 2 stops from Shinjuku. There are many restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores around the station, so you won't have trouble finding places for breakfast or dinner. We also provide a guide featuring our recommended spots. From Narita Airport, it takes about 80 minutes to Shinjuku Station via the Narita Express; from Haneda Airport, about 50 minutes to Shinjuku Station via the Keikyu Line and Toei Asakusa Line, then on to Hatsudai Station via the Keio New Line.
We offer three room types: Single, Double, and Twin. All rooms come with a shower, toilet, and air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. Single rooms are recommended for solo travelers or business trips, Double rooms for couples, and Twin rooms for two guests who prefer separate beds. There is no bathtub, only a shower. We provide bath towels, face towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, a toothbrush, and a hair dryer.
On the 3rd floor, there is a shared lounge equipped with sofas, tables, Wi-Fi, and power outlets. Coffee and tea are available for free. It can be used for remote work or simply to relax. On the 1st floor, there is a washing machine and dryer (500 yen per use) as well as an iron, so you can do laundry even during an extended stay. An elevator is available, so you don't need to worry about large suitcases. Luggage can be stored in the storage room on the 1st floor before check-in or after check-out. English-language support is also available.
Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is until 11:00. With our smart lock self check-in system, you can enter using a passcode even if you arrive late at night, as long as it's after 16:00. There is no check-out procedure, and you do not need to return any keys. All rooms are non-smoking, and guests are asked to remove their shoes at the entrance on the 1st floor.

As our locks are smart locks, there is no need to return a key. 【Luggage Storage】After check-out, you may use the storage room on the 1st floor for the rest of the day. The entrance code will remain valid until that evening.
Can you hold my luggage or receive parcel deliveries?
You can store your luggage in the storage room on the 1st floor before check-in and after check-out. It can be unlocked using the entrance passcode. We can also accept package deliveries. Please contact us in advance via the inquiry form (https://porthouse.jp/en/contact) with your name and stay dates. For sending packages, please use a nearby convenience store. Is late-night check-in available?
Since our facility uses a smart lock (keypad entry), check-in is available 24 hours a day. As long as it is within the check-in time (after 16:00), late-night arrivals are not a problem.
