SPLASH Honmachi

Coin Laundry SPLASH Honmachi is a coin-operated laundry located on the 1st floor of Port House Honmachi, just a 5-minute walk from the north exit of Keio Shinsen Line Hatsudai Station. It is open 24 hours a day and can be used by anyone, not just hotel guests.

There are 4 washer-dryers that handle washing and drying in a single machine (3 medium-sized, 1 small-sized). For the medium-sized washer-dryers, the standard course (about 60 minutes) is 1,200 yen, the thorough course (about 70 minutes) is 1,500 yen, the down duvet course (about 60 minutes) is 1,200 yen, and wash only (about 30 minutes) is 900 yen (one of the medium-sized machines offers a small-load course (about 50 minutes) for 1,000 yen instead of the thorough course). For the small-sized washer-dryer, standard (about 60 minutes) is 1,000 yen, small-load (about 50 minutes) is 800 yen, and wash only (about 30 minutes) is 600 yen. For drying only, it costs 100 yen for 10–12 minutes (varies by machine).

Detergent is automatically added by the machine, so you don't need to bring your own. You can check which machines are available anytime using the "Real-Time Status" on this page, so you can plan your visit when a machine is free. There is no dedicated parking lot, but there are coin-operated parking lots nearby.

The floors above are the guesthouse "Port House Honmachi." This is also convenient for laundry during family trips or longer stays.
