Rental Cafe Boardwalk

Rental Cafe Boardwalk is a street-level café space on the 1st floor of Port House Hatsudai, just a 3-minute walk from Hatsudai Station on the Keio New Line. You can rent the entire 45㎡ café space exclusively, with seating for up to 16 people. It faces a quiet street with little traffic and features natural light.

It is widely used for TV, YouTube, and film shoots, as well as for pop-up stores, exhibitions, parties such as birthday celebrations and girls' get-togethers, networking events, cooking classes, workshops, and meetings. Most bookings are for groups of around 5 to 16 people.

The space includes 3 movable two-seat tables, a four-seat sofa, and 4 counter chairs, all of which can be rearranged to suit your needs. Wi-Fi (fiber-optic connection), air conditioning, a restroom, and power outlets are available. As we hold both a food and beverage service license and a confectionery manufacturing license, food and drinks can be served or sold on-site. A kitchen is also available as an option (equipped with 2 induction cooktops, a microwave with oven function, a toaster, a kettle, pots, and plates and glasses).

The 2nd and 3rd floors are home to the guesthouse "Port House Hatsudai." As an option, rooms can be used as a waiting area, for makeup, or for overnight stays the day before or after your event. There is a coin-operated parking lot right in front, which is convenient for unloading equipment (loading and unloading is possible even when the lot is full). As this space also serves as the hotel's entrance, please note that hotel guests may come and go during your use of the space.
